Launched and led by Marc Belsky, a 25+ year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, our firm leverages deep expertise in real estate finance and capital markets to provide strategic leadership and tailored solutions for your project’s equity needs.
After earning his degree from Brooklyn College, Mr. Belsky launched his career at Meridian Capital Group as a commercial mortgage broker. Most recently, prior to founding his own firm, he served as Managing Director at a midsize national brokerage that regularly facilitated over $6 billion in debt and equity transactions annually.
Before transitioning to the brokerage side, Marc spent 15 years on the principal side, working with a private equity real estate fund, a development company, and a family office. During that time, he gained hands-on experience acquiring, repositioning, and developing properties nationwide. This background gives him a deep understanding of the complexities involved in structuring equity deals and a unique ability to see transactions through the lens of a sponsor—having spent many years on that side of the table.
